1. Data Controller

The data controller is the operator of the Courier Academy platform (hereinafter „Controller“). To contact us, use the link in the app.

2. What data we process

  • Registration data: first name, last name, nickname, email, country
  • Pi Network: Pi username and UID (after account linking)
  • Game data: achieved levels, scores, points, transaction history
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type (for technical operation)

3. Purpose of processing

  • Providing gaming services and partner program
  • Managing MLM commissions and rewards in Pi Coin / fiat
  • Account-related communication and notifications
  • Fraud prevention and system abuse prevention

4. Pi Network integration

The application uses the Pi Network SDK for authentication and payments. Pi transactions go through the Pi blockchain. The Controller does not store Pi private keys or Pi passwords. The Pi Wallet address is stored only for reward payout purposes.

5. Retention period

Personal data is retained for the duration of the user account. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except for data necessary for tax and accounting purposes (under applicable legislation).

6. Your rights (GDPR)

To exercise your rights, contact the Controller via the app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

7. Sharing with third parties

Data is not sold or provided to third parties for marketing purposes. Processing may be carried out by a processor (hosting, email service) based on a data processing agreement.

The Controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

9. Changes to the policy

This policy may be updated. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app. We recommend checking the current version regularly.
